Engineering
 VP – Director of Technical Services: Rick Cota Email: rcota@leonardvalve.com Ph (401) 524-6163 In his new position, Rick is directly responsible for Engineering, Quality Control, and Technical Services. He is and will continue to be the Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast and Canada. Rick has a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Rochester and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. Chief Engineer (Systems): Bill Hall Email: bhall@leonardvalve.com Bill has been with Leonard Valve for over twenty seven years. He presently directs Systems Engineering, concentrating on the development and proper application of Leonard's water temperature control systems. He travels extensively troubleshooting hot water systems, conducting presentations for ASPE chapters (American Society Plumbing Engineers) and is involved with the development of product standards with ASSE (American Society of Sanitary Engineering).

Sales
 National Sales Manager: Peter Gobis III Email: pgobis@leonardvalve.com Peter joined the Leonard Valve team as their National Sales Manager in 2007. He previously was a Sales Manager for an aerospace firm that provides highly engineered products to satisfy rigorous aircraft and weapon system requirements. He is a team-driven leader that will enthusiastically work with the Leonard team to ensure that we meet and exceed our customer's expectations and further develop Leonard's position as one of the industry's premier product and service leaders. Peter attained his MBA from Providence College, and has a degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytech. With his sales and engineering background, Peter is a valuable addition to the Leonard team. Eastern Regional Sales Manager: Z. Vance Ham Email: zvance@embarqmail.com Ph (919) 696-5255 Vance came to Leonard in 1997 as Eastern Regional Sales Manager after a career as both a successful manufacturer's representative and as a sales manager. He has a strong knowledge of both the technical and hands-on aspects of water temperature control and is also intimately familiar with the sales and distribution channels of the plumbing industry. Western Regional Sales Manager: Joseph Welsh Email: jbw8of14@yahoo.com Ph (951) 368-8591 Joe joined the Leonard team in 2009 as the Western Regional Sales Manager. He brings with him over 30 years of experience in the plumbing industry; from working for wholesalers, mechanical contractors, and technical sales and service support for both Chicago and Geberit. Northeast Regional Sales Manager/Canada/Systems Engineer: Rick Cota Email: rcota@leonardvalve.com Sales Engineer: Bill Jennings Email: bjennings@leonardvalve.com Bill has been part of the Leonard team for over twenty five years, beginning as a factory supervisor before joining the Engineering Department to assist with technical service. He now handles technical and sales related inquiries from across the United States and Canada. He concentrates on product cross referencing, features comparisons and pricing. |

Customer Service
 Office & Human Resources Manager: Leann Valenti Email: lvalenti@leonardvalve.com Leann is our Office Manager who directs our busy Customer Service Department and Office Staff. In addition to being our Human Resource Manager she wears many other hats, Safety and Events Manager to name a few. Leann has been with Leonard for over 3 and a half years, and brings high energy and enthusiasm to Leonard Valve and she's the person to go to when you need an answer. Her off-beat sense of humor and cheerful disposition make her a pleasure to deal with. Feel free to call or email her with any comments or questions. Customer Service Representative: Donna DeSimone Email: ddesimone@leonardvalve.com Donna DeSimone is the nucleus of the customer service team at Leonard Valve. She brings over 30 years of customer service experience, which includes the past 25 years of dedicated service at Leonard. Donna provides exceptional customer service for the Western Region, Canada and for all of our international accounts. She is a busy woman! Donna is extremely knowledgeable of Leonard products and is willing to assist our customers and representatives with all of their needs. If you have questions…she has answers! Customer Service Representative: Maria King Email: mking@leonardvalve.com Maria has been a dedicated employee with Leonard for almost six years. Maria started as a part time employee responsible for order entry, and over the years Maria assumed a full-time position and has assisted in the purchasing and customer service departments. Through out her years of order entry she has grown accustomed and familiar with Leonard products and has transitioned into more of a customer service roll. Maria is now responsible for servicing five of our manufacturers’ representatives across the United States. She has a positive and upbeat attitude and is a pleasure to deal with. Customer Service Representative: Liz Pabon Email: lpabon@leonardvalve.com Liz Pabon provides outstanding customer service to our Eastern Region. Her upbeat attitude and knowledge of our products make her an asset to the office, as well as to her representatives. In addition to her customer service duties Liz also provides assistance with billing and order entry when need be. Liz is really a “go-to” person at Leonard when you need help with the phones, processing orders or anything else pertaining to customer service. She has been an integral part of the Leonard team for the last six years. |
